Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 July 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of Zanira. By creating an account, signing in (including with Google), or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Zanira provides software for retail operations, including checkout, stock ledgers, payment attempt tracking, compliance workflows you enable, and accounting features. Some features depend on network connectivity, third-party providers, or your correct setup.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have authority to bind the business that will use Zanira. You are responsible for registration accuracy and for safeguarding credentials, device PINs, and enrolled devices. Google Sign-In is optional; if used, you must have the right to use that Google account.
3. Your responsibilities
Use Zanira only for lawful business purposes. Enter pricing, tax, stock, and customer data accurately; you remain responsible for filings your business must make. Control staff access on shared tills. Do not reverse engineer, abuse APIs, probe other tenants' data, or disrupt the service.
4. Business data
As between you and Zanira, you own the business content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, sync, process, and display that content solely to provide and secure the service.
5. Third-party services
Features may depend on third parties (authentication, hosting, payment networks, fiscal gateways, SMS, printers, etc.). Those services have their own terms. Zanira is not liable for outages or decisions of third-party networks or regulators.
6. Plans, pilots, and fees
Access may be provided under a pilot, invite, or paid plan. Fees and limits — if any — will be communicated separately. We may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, or security risk.
7. Intellectual property
Zanira software, design system, and brand marks are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, nor that third-party submissions will be accepted when inputs or upstream systems fail.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zanira is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or zero on a free pilot), unless mandatory law says otherwise.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Zanira at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk to other customers, or service discontinuation with reasonable notice where practicable.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by the Last updated date and, where appropriate, in-product or email notice.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting entity stated in your order form or pilot agreement. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated there, subject to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
