A sale is only
the beginning.

Behind every checkout, there’s stock to keep track of and a business to understand. Keep the whole story together.

Make the sale

A customer served. A sale recorded.

Search or scan, build the basket and complete checkout. Hold a sale when a customer needs another minute, and keep payment status in view.

Cash sales and receipts can be recorded on the device after setup, even when the connection drops.

Follow the stock

Every item has a next chapter.

A completed sale records its stock movement. Receive deliveries, count what is on the shelf and trace adjustments back to their source.

For pharmacy workflows, batch and expiry details help your team select the earliest-expiring stock.

Keep the record

The counter connects to the books.

With accounting enabled and configured, sales and stock events feed double-entry journals. Review the records behind your reports, alongside bills and expenses.

Accounting runs after the sale. Posting issues remain visible for review without undoing a completed checkout.

A few useful answers.

Before you
open up.

What can I do without an internet connection?

After online setup and an initial sync, your till can record cash sales, issue receipts and update local stock without a connection. Reconnect to sync with other devices. Account setup, new-device sign-in, payment-provider confirmation and tax submissions need connectivity. Keep the device and its browser data safe until everything has synced.

Is Zanira available in my country?

Zanira is currently available in Kenya. Payment and tax integrations are market-specific: M-Pesa and KRA eTIMS require business setup and provider activation.

Does it work for both retail shops and pharmacies?

Yes. Retail workflows cover the catalogue, checkout, stock and reporting. Pharmacy workflows add batch and expiry tracking, first-expiry-first-out suggestions and an audit trail for batch overrides. These tools support the work of your team; they do not replace professional dispensing responsibilities.

Do I need to buy a special till?

Zanira is a web app. Start on a compatible device using Chrome or Edge, and confirm your scanner and receipt-printer setup before putting a counter into service. The website does not offer a native desktop or mobile download.

Are payments and tax submissions instant?

No. A sale, a payment confirmation and a tax submission have separate statuses. Provider responses and connectivity affect when they finish. Zanira keeps pending and failed work visible so your team can follow up, rather than treating an unconfirmed payment as settled.

Where can I see plans and pricing?

Create an account to review the plans and features offered during setup. Availability, optional modules and provider charges depend on your business configuration. We do not publish a universal international price or promise that every feature is included in every plan.
